Business Continuity Plan

The BOK International (BOKI) has developed plans to continue business in the event of a significant business disruption. This disclosure is designed to provide our clients with information on how we will respond to various potential interruptions.

The Bank has a BCP policy and procedures and a Disaster Recovery Site, where data is mirrored and backups are stored. Plans are reviewed and maintained regularly to incorporate any changes to the environment, people, process, and technology.

BOKI l has developed and will activate the BCP in the case of any business disruption that causes the Bank to have limited or no communications with its internal team or clients. Our plan anticipates two types of business disruptions, internal disruptions that affect only our Bank’s ability to do business (such as fire in the building) and external disruptions that prevent the operation of the Bank.

The Bank intends to stay in business during both internal and external disruptions due to the fact that the Bank’s team can conduct business from an alternate off-site physical location in addition to an alternate location for the maintenance of its records in a secure environment. We anticipate that the Bank will recover from internal business disruptions within 24-48 hours. An outage due to an external business disruption may be longer and is beyond the control of the Bank. However, the Bank will endeavor to resume business as soon as it is possible for the Bank to establish business operations from alternate off-site locations. The Bank’s BCP policy and procedures specifically address the following areas related to the Bank operations:

• Alternate communications between Clients and the Bank;
• Regulatory reporting;
• Communication with regulators;
• Data back-up and recovery (electronic) and;
• Critical systems;

The Bank’s business continuity program is developed to manage the impact of significant disruptions and will endeavor to resume business and operations to an acceptable level within a reasonable time in the event of a disaster. While the recovery time objectives (RTO) have been defined and documented in the plans, various external factors beyond our control could affect the actual recovery time.
The Banks business continuity plan complies with the guidelines issued by regulatory bodies and is subject to regular internal, external, and regulatory reviews.
